When you open a new Student Checking Account with First State Bank, you will receive a $50.00 bonus. This account provides you with the convenience of a debit card, mobile and online banking. This bonus is available specifically for current high school students.

Account Details

Minimum $25.00 deposit required to open account and obtain the bonus.*
$50* deposit credited to account within three business days of opening.
Proof of student status required (i.e. student ID, schedule, report card or transcript).
Anyone under the age of 16, must have an adult on the account with the student.

*$50 credit will be extended to high school students with existing First State Bank checking accounts who have not received credit previously. You must contact us, and proof of student status is still required. $50 bonus can only be received one time. There is no time requirement that funds must remain on deposit to obtain the bonus.
